Three ways to build with ABC

Choose the infrastructure that fits the way your business meets its customers.

Every tier includes the ABC foundation: professional web presence, all-in-one CRM connection, foundational SEO, secure hosting architecture, and supported POS integration planning. Move up when your customer relationship needs more.

Now choose the layer you want to build. The customer experience changes by business; the underlying infrastructure stays connected.

50/50 paymentBegin now · complete on delivery

Payment structure: 50% of the approved build price is collected to reserve and begin the project. The remaining 50% is due when the agreed project scope is completed and delivered for client review. The deposit is applied to the project; it is not an unconditional refundable trial after work has begun. See the full refund policy.

POS safety: ABC includes configuration of supported POS integrations within the approved scope. We do not promise access to a POS vendor that does not provide an available API, connector, export or authorized integration path. Third-party POS, payment, messaging, ordering, app-store and software fees are separate unless expressly included in your approved scope.

Nine pieces, built in from day one.

Not add-ons quoted later. Each one attaches to a real purchase, visit or booking, so the reward means something to the person holding it.

Stamp cards

The tenth coffee, earned digitally. Stamps land at the register without anyone hunting for a paper card.

Points and rewards

Points accrue on every order and redeem at checkout, against a balance the customer can actually see.

Coupons and discounts

Issued to a phone, redeemed once, tracked against the customer record rather than a code anyone can share.

Memberships

Recurring membership tiers with the benefits attached, so status is recognised the moment someone arrives.

Gift cards

Sold, sent and redeemed inside your own system. The money lands with you before anyone walks in.

Multi-passes

Ten classes, five lunches, a weekend package — prepaid, counted down automatically as they are used.

Direct ordering and booking

The transaction that earns the reward happens on your own system, so the order, the payment and the retention and renewal record all stay connected.

Member communities

A space for members, guests or a training group that keeps the relationship going between visits.

Apple Pay and Google Pay checkout

Customers pay with the wallet already on their phone. Fewer fields to type, fewer abandoned checkouts, and card numbers that never pass through your website at all — the device and your processor exchange a one-time token instead.

Illustrative business cases

Why the system works: it gives the next purchase somewhere to go.

The examples below are models, not promises. They show how a connected customer relationship can create economic value when more customers return, participate or prepay.

Café · Repeat visits

Make the morning habit visible.

A café has 500 active customers. If a campaign brings only 100 customers back for two additional $18 visits, the business creates another reason to use the relationship it already earned.

100 customers× 2 visits
Average visit× $18
Illustrative additional sales$3,600
Restaurant · Frequency

Turn one great meal into the next occasion.

A restaurant has 1,000 loyalty members. A connected campaign generates 200 additional $45 visits, followed by another 100 visits from a second activation.

200 × $45$9,000
100 × $45$4,500
Illustrative additional sales$13,500
Fitness / Hospitality · Prepaid intent

Sell the experience before the visit.

A business can package classes, stays, meals or experiences into passes, memberships or gift cards. The customer commits before the service is consumed, while the business creates a structured reason to return.

Illustrative sales are not profit forecasts or guarantees. Actual economics depend on average ticket, margins, customer participation, campaign execution, discounts, labor, taxes, payment processing and other operating costs.

How a build actually runs.

Four defined stages. The 50% deposit reserves the build; the second 50% is due when the agreed scope is completed and delivered for review.

Map the operation

After the deposit, we map the customer journey, current software, POS, ordering, booking and operational standards.

You get: a written system map

Agree the scope

Pages, integrations, CRM workflows, loyalty rules, campaign structure and the implementation timeline are documented before the build expands.

You get: approved scope + timeline

Build and brand

Your brand, website, CRM, SEO, loyalty, ordering, POS connection and community layers are built according to the approved tier and scope.

You get: working system + training

Launch and review

We test the agreed workflows, launch the system and review the delivered build against the approved scope before the project is considered complete.

You get: launch + review window

No build starts before the map. We would rather tell you the system isn't the problem.

Not sure yet which build you need? Start with a free business assessment instead.

Implementation is defined before development

No vague build. No mystery handoff.

Your deposit starts a defined implementation process. We map the business, document the scope, build the approved system, test the workflows, train the team and review the result against what was agreed.

01 · Map

We identify how customers currently discover, buy, book, return and communicate with the business.

  • Current systems and software
  • Customer journey gaps
  • POS / ordering / booking environment
  • Business goals and success measures

02 · Define

We turn the map into an approved scope before development work expands.

  • Pages and experiences
  • CRM fields and workflows
  • Loyalty rules and campaign structure
  • Integration requirements and timeline

03 · Build

ABC builds the approved architecture and connects the systems that have authorized integration paths.

  • Website and SEO foundation
  • CRM and automation
  • POS / ordering connection
  • Loyalty, community or app layers by tier

04 · Test + Launch

The system is tested before handoff and the team learns how to use the parts that affect daily operations.

  • Workflow and checkout testing
  • Mobile / desktop QA
  • Team training
  • Launch checklist and review window
Integration promise: supported POS and third-party integrations are scoped transparently. ABC does not add a separate integration setup charge for supported connections that are included in your approved tier scope. Provider subscriptions, transaction fees and access requirements remain with the provider.

Not ready to build yet? Start with a business assessment.

Tell us about your business, customer behavior, systems, goals and operational needs. Our team develops the proposed solution around what you tell us — nothing is built before you see and approve the scope.

Business assessment

Secure intake form, hosted and encrypted by Jotform. Submitting it does not authorize access to your bank accounts, POS, payment processor, booking system or customer accounts — any access is separately discussed and authorized.

This form is served directly from Jotform's own domain inside this page. We never see your submission outside of Jotform's platform, and we don't ask for banking passwords, card numbers, POS passwords or Social Security numbers here.

How this form is protected.

This assessment is built and hosted on Jotform. Full transparency on what that includes:

256-bit SSL/TLS encryption

Enabled on every Jotform plan for data moving between your device and Jotform's servers.

Encrypted form submissions

Optional RSA-2048 form-encryption Jotform offers, so submission data can be encrypted in transfer and in storage.

PCI DSS Level 1 compliance

Jotform identifies itself as a PCI DSS Service Provider Level 1 compliant platform, relevant wherever a form touches payment information.

GDPR and CCPA compliance

Jotform documents support for both privacy frameworks.

Two-factor authentication

Available to secure the Jotform account that owns this form and its submissions.

CAPTCHA and spam protection

Helps prevent automated or bot submissions from reaching the form.

Password protection and privacy controls

Jotform lets the form owner restrict who can view the form and its submissions.

Security monitoring and network protection

Includes DDoS, spam and phishing protection, plus intrusion detection, per Jotform's documentation.

Cloud infrastructure

Hosted through providers including Google Cloud and AWS, which Jotform says maintain their own security and compliance certifications.

Regular security testing

Ongoing testing against internal and external threats, per Jotform's documentation.

SOC 2-related controls

Jotform documents SOC 2-aligned controls as part of its security program.

Not sold as data

Jotform's privacy policy states it does not sell customer form data, while naming the service providers and subprocessors it uses to operate its platform.

These are Jotform's own published security features for the plan and configuration this form runs on; we did not build or audit Jotform's infrastructure ourselves. For Jotform's current, authoritative documentation, see jotform.com/security (opens in a new tab). Once your assessment reaches our team, no system access — bank, POS, payment processor, booking system or customer accounts — is granted; that is always discussed, authorized and implemented separately.

Start your build.

Five short steps. Choose your tier, tell us about the business, and reserve the build with the 50% deposit.

Step 1 of 5 Business type

What kind of business is this for?

This decides which build spec and gallery examples apply.

What you own on the other side.

Loyalty only works if the record behind it is yours. That is a question about ownership and security, not features.

Your customer records

Every member, point balance and redemption lives in your account, on your domain. We build and configure it; the relationships stay with your business.

Encrypted connections

Information moving between a customer's phone and your system is protected with TLS encryption, so it can't be read in transit.

Payments handled properly

Payment workflows run through established, PCI DSS-compliant processors. Where supported, card details are tokenised, so your systems hold a token rather than a card number. Apple Pay and Google Pay checkouts go a step further: the card number never reaches your website at all, since the device authenticates the customer and hands your processor a one-time token directly.

Access you control

Staff see what their role needs and no more. Redemption and refund actions are attributable, which is what stops a retention and renewal balance becoming an open till.

Security controls depend on the hosting, payment, CRM and integration providers selected for your business. Encryption, PCI DSS and access-control specifics are confirmed against the services actually deployed for your business.

What people ask before they build.

The branded shell is a progressive web app. It installs to a phone's home screen and behaves like a native app, without App Store review or App Store commission. If your case genuinely needs a fully native build, we scope that separately on the mapping call and tell you plainly whether it's worth the cost.

Yes, as a build spec on the checkout flow. It requires HTTPS throughout, a domain-verification file registered with Apple for Apple Pay, and a payment processor that supports both wallets — details we confirm with your processor during the build rather than assume in advance. Card numbers never touch your website with either wallet; the device handles authentication and passes your processor a one-time token.

You do. Customer records, point transactions and redemption history sit in your system on your account. Apex Brain Circle builds and configures it under the implementation terms; the data relationships are yours.

Yes, and you should — you know your margins. On the mapping call we work through tier names, earn rates, redemption values and reward types together, then build to those rules. We will flag anything that looks likely to cost you more than it returns.

We can connect supported POS, booking, payment and ordering platforms instead of forcing you to replace software that already works. The approved scope identifies the integration path. If a provider does not expose a usable API, connector, export or authorized access method, we tell you before development begins.

It depends on scope, integration complexity and how quickly your brand assets arrive. You get a specific timeline in writing once we understand what the system has to do, rather than a number now that we would have to revise later.

Anything beyond the agreed build is scoped in writing before work starts, so nothing arrives as a surprise on an invoice once your system is live.

The 50% deposit is applied to the approved project. If a client cancels before work starts, the applicable refund is handled under the refund policy. If work has begun, any refund is based on the work completed and the terms of the agreement. Once the agreed build is delivered and live, the build fee is not an unconditional trial refund; ABC corrects agreed-scope defects during the applicable revision window. Read the full refund policy.
